1. Who We Are
Triangle Printing & Marketing ("Triangle," "we," "us," or "our") operates this online print and marketing management platform (the "Platform"). We are a print and marketing services company headquartered in Texas. Questions about this policy may be directed to info@triangletexas.com.
2. What This Platform Does
The Platform is an internal business tool used by Triangle staff and authorized clients to:
- Design and proof business cards, yard signs, banners, and other print products
- Review and approve print proofs electronically
- Manage marketing client profiles and content calendars
- Generate AI-assisted content, keyword research, and design concepts
- Track production jobs and file history
This Platform is not a public-facing consumer website. Access is restricted to Triangle staff and customers who have been given a direct link by Triangle.
3. Information We Collect
3a. Information you provide directly
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, company name, and mailing address, collected when you submit a proof or request print services.
- Business card and sign content — names, titles, phone numbers, email addresses, logos, and other text you enter for printing.
- Marketing profile information — business descriptions, services, target audience details, and brand materials for clients using the marketing platform.
- Account credentials — for Triangle staff accounts: name, email address, and a hashed PIN. We never store passwords or PINs in plain text.
3b. Information collected automatically
- Login activity — IP address, browser/device type, and timestamp recorded when you log in, for security and audit purposes.
- Session data — a temporary session cookie that keeps you logged in during your visit. It expires when you close your browser or after two hours of inactivity.
- AI usage logs — when AI features are used (content generation, design assistance), we log which feature was invoked, the number of tokens consumed, and the estimated cost. We do not log the full content of prompts or responses.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To produce, proof, and deliver the print products you or your company has ordered
- To communicate with you about proofs, revisions, and production status
- To operate and improve the Platform's features
- To maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and audit staff activity
- To generate AI-assisted content on your behalf when you request it
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising profiling by third parties.
5. AI Services
Certain Platform features use third-party AI services to generate designs, copy, and keyword suggestions:
- Anthropic Claude — used for text generation, content planning, and design analysis. Data sent to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI (gpt-image-1) — used for AI image generation. Data sent to OpenAI is subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
When you use AI features, the relevant business context (company name, services, etc.) and your request are transmitted to these services to generate a response. We do not send sensitive personal information (such as payment details or Social Security numbers) to AI services.
6. Information Sharing
We share information only as described here:
- Service providers — AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) and our email delivery provider (Microsoft 365) receive data as necessary to operate Platform features. These providers are contractually required to protect your data.
- Within Triangle — staff members with a legitimate need to fulfill your order or manage your account may access your information.
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Triangle or others.
- Business transfers — if Triangle is acquired or merged, customer data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Proof records and print files — retained for a minimum of 3 years to support reorders and dispute resolution.
- Archived card designs — retained indefinitely to facilitate easy reorders.
- Marketing client profiles — retained for the duration of the client relationship and for 2 years afterward.
- Login and activity logs — retained for up to 1 year.
- AI usage logs — retained for up to 2 years for billing and audit purposes.
You may request deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 10). We will honor requests where we are not legally required to retain the data.
8. Security
The Platform is restricted to authorized IP addresses and requires authentication. Staff credentials are stored as bcrypt hashes. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. We regularly review access controls and security configurations.
No system is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@triangletexas.com.
9. Cookies
We use only a single functional session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active users via the Platform or email. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
